'Tis the season to be…jolly?!
        For some people, children and adults alike, the holiday season can be anything but jolly. It can be downright stressful: jam-packed schedules, family gatherings, over-eating, over-spending, gift anxiety, over-stimulation, and sensory-overload!  Whew!   Want to reduce stress and restore joy to the season? Read on.
Get organized: Buy a notebook and a calendar.  Calendar important events. Write down your Christmas gift list, including price range. Write out menus and create a grocery list. Keep everything together in one spot.

Central Park Elementary Library:

        The book fair at CPE was held November 11-15. Thank you to all the students, parents, and teachers for helping make the book fair a success!  Some exciting events recently at the library other than the book fair include adding more color picture books to our Nooks and adding numerous new book titles to our collection.

Intermediate School Library:

        The book fair at MIS was held recently during parent-teacher conferences. Thank you to the parents who helped with the book fair during this time! Some exciting events recently at the library other than the book fair include Ms. Bryan allowing iPads to be checked out on a daily basis for student use at home. The students are allowed to take the iPad home to use with MyOn reading.
