Bring the Roar!
Another year and another page to turn…
Preparations for Graduation Week 2017 are wrapping up. Gowns, tassels, and hats are being checked and adjusted at home. As school event programs are finalized, the ubiquitous laptops are turned in, and final grades are calculated. The culmination of thirteen years of hard work on the part of students, teachers, staff, parents, and the larger Monett community is tonight.
I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for the work, worry, and dedication you have given to our students from the first day they walked through our doors to the day they leave with diploma in hand.
To the graduating Class of 2017, thank you for everything that you will become. May you struggle, persevere, and change the world.
Staunch and Strong.
